• If you cancel before work starts, any deposit is refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, fees for work completed and any government or third-party costs already paid are non-refundable; the remaining balance is refunded.
• Government decisions are outside our control; fees for work performed remain payable if an application is refused, but we will advise on next steps at no extra charge.
